The Strathearn is Gleneagles classic restaurant focusing on fine dining using the best local produce to create a menu inspired by the flavours of France and Scotland combined. There has been a restaurant in the hotel’s grand Art Deco-inspired dining room since Gleneagles opened in 1924, and with two Rosettes to it’s name, The Strathearn embodies the ethos of Gleneagles and its menu and dishes.
