A huge amount of work culminated in June as this ex-Makinen Subaru Impreza S9 was collected by it’s owner after being completely restored back to its works Prodive factory specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TGR WRT Customer Racing<\/a> GR Yaris Rally 2 of Meirion Evans and Ger Conway came home a fine 2nd place on what is arguably the biggest rally in these parts of the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday was challenging having to nurse a small damper issue, finishing the day in 5th but they responded in style over the remainder of the event. After some changes overnight the Toyota was the fastest car over Saturday\u2019s stages to move up to 3rd. Another strong day on Sunday with a stage win on Fanad meant they eventually finished 2nd only 17 seconds off the win after nearly 300km\u2019s of rallying! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, some of the boys were still at home enjoying typical Welsh summer weather in Sweet Lamb. Harry Hunt and James Both took the ever reliable Polo R5 to a 26 second victory on the Grooms Garage Sweetlamb Time trial which is a debut in the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bit quieter this week, but another new arrival isn\u2019t far away<\/p>\n\n\n\n
