September to the end of the year was extremely busy with many successes for Melvyn Evans Motorsport. Here are some of the highlights.
July
Merion Evans, co-driven by Jonathan Jackson took third o/a on the Cork 20 Rally. This took their tally of podium positions to four.
Melvyn Evans provided and serviced the VW polo R5 car.
August
Merion & Jonathan take their first ever rally win and what an event to do it, the Ulster Rally. They took the win by over two minutes and secured 2nd o/a in the championship.

October
Oliver Solberg, son of rally legend Petter Solberg hires a Melvyn Evans Motorsport VW Polo R5 car for the Cambrian Rally and wins!
November
Melvyn Evans Motorsport took the BRC Team Championship award for a second season in a row. The busy firm also scooped wins on four BRC rounds this year, plus took Oliver Solberg to the Visit Conwy Cambrian Rally overall victory.
December
Melvyn Evans Motorsport run three historic Ford Escort Mk2’s in the Killarney Historic Rally and all three cars finish. Melvyn also gets out to play on the stages
